After a valiant fight with cancer, Jimmy Wayne Seaton quietly passed from this life on April 3, 2014. Jimmy Wayne Seaton was born in Marshall, Texas, on October 6, 1948, to James William and Artie Frances Martin Seaton. Jim honorably served his country from 1969 to 1973 as a member of the United States Marines. He was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War. After returning to Tyler from his service to our Country, Jim went to work for the OGE Oldsmobile Toyota Dealership in Tyler and joined the Dixie Volunteer Fire Department.
