Joe Wayne Moore, 65, passed away Friday, March 27, 2015 at his home. He was born July 8, 1949 to John William and Edith Maurine Short Moore. He graduated from Germantown High School in Germantown, TN. He married his high school sweetheart Shirley A. Garrett on January 3, 1969. He was a retired plumber. He always had a love for horses all of his life. He was a loving devoted husband and father but especially being a grandfather whom they called "Pop Joe".
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 29, 2015 at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. John Cagle officiating. Burial will be in the Oaklawn Memorial Park.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Shirley Garrett Moore of Jumpertown; three children, Cindy Moore Brigman (William Kelly), Chris (Angie) Moore both of Booneville and Diana Moore (Tommy) Wren of New Albany; one sister, Cathy Moore (Tim) Berryhill of Lake Cormorant; three brothers, Billy (Debbie) Moore of Arlington, Tn, Johnnie (Tracie) Moore of Millington, TN and Mickey (Kim) Moore of Hernando; five grandchildren, Jessica, Makayla, Makenize, Greyson and Bruce and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one grandson, Joshua Lane Brigman and one great granddaughter, Aleigh Fayth Perrigo.

Pallbearers will be Brett McMillan, Keith McMillan, Trevin Brigman, Michael Smith, Brian Moore, Mike Moore and Chip Moore .
Visitation will be from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, Saturday, March 28, 2015 at McMillan Funeral Home.
