To Ruthanne and family,
Diana and I wish to express our condolences with John's passing. In the few years I knew John I found him to be very friendly and always had a smile for everyone. One of his favorite sayings was when he closed a conversion was "by a while" and "love you". Well Mr. John Stoebel Sir by a while and love you, until we meet again. P.S. I know you're ok I just looked outside and saw your bright new star

Roxy, Tommy and I am so sorry. Johnny was one of the kindest people I've ever met. The man that would give the shirt off his back or the last quarter in his pocket.
