Judy, I am so sorry to read about your father dying. John was a good friend of my parents, Harold & Betty Edinger, with the Wright B flyer. I called on him to help me when my sisters & I planned a 50th wedding anniversary party a the hanger for Mom & Dad. He was my "partner in crime"! I'll miss him.

I worked with John at Elano and helped him with his Wright B Flyer correspondence. To thank me for my help he took me on a brief flight in the Wright B, and I will always cherish that memory. He will live on in my thoughts and prayers.

I loved them both as family. They will always be in my heart.

Every time I see The Wright "B" Flyer I think of John and Evelyn. They were tireless promoters of Dayton's aviation history and the best friends anyone could ask for. Their lifelong friendship to my entire family will be missed but not forgotten.
