John Aguirre was born on October 5, 1945, in Rockdale, Texas and passed away on October 21, 2010 at Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas. John is preceded in death by father, Pablo Aguirre, Sr., and niece, Mindy L. Aguirre. John is survived by his mother, Tomasita G. Aguirre, sister; Alice Aguirre, brother; Pablo Aguirre, Jr., nephew; Paul E. Aguirre and wife, Emma J. Aguirre and great niece, Cora Jane Aguirre. John was a Vietnam Veteran, served two tours and fought bravely for his country. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 26, 2010, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. A rosary service will be recited that evening at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Service is scheduled for Wednesday, October 27, 2010, 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
