Just wanted to say that I believe Mr. Banco was a very special persion in many people's lives and people like himself, don't come around very often. One thing I will never forget, is that I never had seen him without a smile on his face and a heartwarming laugh, could make my day., You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Trina and the Banco family,
John was such an inspiration to us. He always knew the right things to say at all our family gatherings. His love for his family was immeasurable and complete. Our family gatherings will never be the same without his big grin. Not only did he have such love and understanding but he was one that could always be counted on. He will be missed and mourned by all who knew him. Our thoughts and prayers are with Trina, Mark, Steve, Wendy and the boys. Love to you all. The Maggio Family

First, my thoughts and prayers are for Trina and the family. Johnny and I grew up in the same neighborhood, so my memories go back to Vance Drive and Johnstown Road. We played together as children, we went to the same schools. My fondest memory is how he captured hearts. And hearts he did capture, not just his peers, but adults. My mother thought so much of Johnny. He always brought a smile to her face when his name came up. To the family put your trust in your God, your family and your friends. My best to all.

Trina and Family--My heart is very heavy this morning with the news of John--at the same time I am reliving the many memories and good times that we had growing up---from walking to school in the first grade and passing the Banco house and picking up John and his Mom telling us all to not talk to strangers--to the junior high years-- the many good friends and the great times we had together---you are blessed with the many years with such a wonderful man and person--I now live in Charleston--call if ever here--Kackie Sherman [email protected]

My heart is saddened at the passing of such a wonderful man that I was fortunate to know , you could always count on a laugh and an encouraging word , I fondly remember a letter he sent me when my mother passed a few years ago, although I had not seen him or Trina since I worked with Mark in Raleigh he was always there with my Christmas card or encouraging letter, I am a better person for knowing him and his family. You have my deepest of sympathy and know you are in my prayers and thoughts.
