John W. Belcer passed away June 11, 2011 at age 60. Predeceased by sisters, Blanche Balcerzak and Linda Solorzano. Survived by his mother, Grace O'Neil; wife, Trish Belcer; daughters, Rachel (Carlos) Miranda and Ashley Belcer; grandsons, Carlos Louis and John Antony; nieces, nephews, cousins and several dear friends. John was a Vietnam Veteran and member of the Navy Seabees. He was a member of IBEW Local #1249, Gates Neighborhood Watch, Hamburg VFW and past member of the Rochester Peacemakers Motorcycle Club. Friends may call Friday 4-8pm at the funeral home of ALVAH HALLORAN & SON, 2125 Chili Ave. Funeral Mass, Saturday 9:30am at St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Rd. Trish and Ashley, My prayers are with you. John was a blessing to all of us and he was so proud of both of you. I will never forget the Father's Day that Ashley made him a paper tie.
