Obituary

MCPO John A. Brown, USN (Ret.), 69, passed away peacefully July 3, 2012 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family.

Born November 11, 1942, Mr. Brown was a loving husband,
supporting father of four daughters and caring grandfather of six grandchildren.
His willingness to serve his country, extend a helping hand, inspire others and
bring smiles to many faces will never be forgotten.
The family wishes to acknowledge with deep appreciation the many expressions
of love, concern and kindness shown to them.

The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00pm, Friday, July 6, 2012 at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at 8:30am, Saturday, July 7, 2012 at the funeral home.
