My Dear Husband John,
You were the best husband, son, father, father-in-law and friend anyone could ever wish for. You enjoyed life to the fullest, spending time with your family, laughing and telling stories (you had a great laugh), fishing, cooking, boating, hunting, traveling and riding your Harley (too fast I might add).
Thank you for being so good to me, giving me a beautiful, loving daughter, having patience with me (which I'm sure wasn't always easy), and for giving me your love and support all the years of our wonderful marriage. I will love you, miss you and cherish the memories of every moment we had together forever and ever John. Thank you for giving me your love. You will always have mine.
I will never forget the words from the Led Zeppelin song “Thank You” that you would always write in your cards to me: If the sun refused to shine, I would still be loving you. When mountains crumble to the sea, there will still be you and me.
Love forever and always,
Your Adoring Wife Terri

God does not give children the opportunity to chose their parents. But I know God is just because he gave you to me Dad. I could not have chosen better myself. I am the women I am today because of you. Thank you for my appreciation of nature. Thank you for the years of fishing. Thank you for instilling just a small amount of your character and moral standard. Life is fleeting and very soon we will stand together again. Your loving daughter~Michelle
