John,
It has taken a while to sign this book for your family. I worked with you for two or three years and we had many conversations and some arguments also. We had a test of wills and through it all you always kept your cool and was forever the gentleman, you made work fun and we shared many a cup of tea, I watched you bring joy to so many people. You were strong willed and as happy a soul as could be. You raved about and loved your family sometimes sharing them with your co workers. I will always feel a hole in my heart when I think of you and your son. I hope you both are at peace and I hope you, John, my friend are flying with the angels. I will miss you truly.

My heart is heavy knowing that I will never see that wonderful smile, when I walk by, I did not know you well, but I always loved watching you care for your garden over the years and enjoyed our brief hellos. I will miss that delightful smile and can envision you looking over the garden from Heaven above, rest peacefully my neighbor!

Although I didn't know you as well as I know your son's, I respect and admire you as a Father to them. You are and were a very blessed man to have had such a wonderful family. You are gone but never forgotten. Rest in Peace.

John- In the 30+ years I knew you, you always had that same grin on your face. You were one of the nicest, happiest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my life - I will never forget your incredible kindness to us at our time of loss. You were a wonderful brother-in-law and I will always remember you, most importantly, as a good man. Joyce and Arthur, I hope you know you can call on John and I any time - you have all our love and understanding and sympathy. Love, Cindy
