Rochester: Passed away on September 11, 2015 after a short illness at age 93.

Predeceased by his first wife, Lois (Branston); his parents, Joseph & Mary Fedick; brothers, George & Paul Fedick, and sister, Helen Armstrong.

Survived by his wife, Rita Fedick; sister, Ann Humnicky; Sons: Christopher (Elaine), Thomas (Amy), Andrew, Lawrence (Kathy); daughter, Patricia; stepchildren: Thomas (Jean) Morrell, Eric (Leigha) Morrell, Timothy (Masami) Morrell, Valerie Morrell, Rebecca Young, & Lynette (Mike) Russer; as well as, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews & cousins.

John was a WWII U.S. Army veteran who served overseas in Europe. He worked for many years as Vice President of Marketing for Caldwell Manufacturing. John was a private pilot for over 50 years and was an avid cyclist and skier.

Relatives & friends may call on Tues. Sept. 15th, from 5-8PM at the Funeral Home of ALVAH HALLORAN & SON, 2125 Chili Ave., Gates. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wed. Sept. 16th at 10:00AM at Our Lady of Victory Church, 210 Pleasant St., Rochester. Interment in Ascension Gardens.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Catholic Charities, 1099 Jay Street, Building J.

In 1973 John took a chance on a 23 year old rookie salesman. He mentored me through out my career at Caldwell and positioned me to replace him as VP of Sales & Marketing upon his retirement. I will be forever grateful to a great boss and friend. Bill Cochrane
