John Thomas Head, 91, of Corpus Christi, TX passed away on February 5, 2013.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 11, 2013 at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home Beltline Road, 2951 S. Beltline Rd., Grand Prairie, TX 75052. The Committal Service will be held 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy., Dallas, TX 75211.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home on Beltline Road, 972-975-5000.
John worked as the owner and operator of American Cleaners for 30 plus years. John served in the Army during WWII.
John is preceded in death by son Kenneth D. Head, wife Josephine Head and great grandson Matthew G. Gentry.
John is survived by son, Carl R. Head, daughter-in-law, Bonnie Head, grandchildren Kimberly Gentry and spouse Gregory Gentry, Wendy Bowers and spouse Perry Bowers, and Kelly Head, great grandchildren Kenneth R. Gentry, Christina Garcia, Jasmine Curnel, Zachary Bowers, Daysia Finley.
