Jones, John P. 92 passed away September 15, 2012. John served his country in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of WWII. He was a long time member of the Henry County VFW and Veterans Hospital for the Blind. John left behind to cherish his memory his children Donald Jones, Ronald Jones, Charlotte Damewood, Sharion Vogt, Johnny Jones, Jerry Jones and Sherry Stamper, twelve grandchildren and eleven beautiful great grandchildren. A service honoring the life of John will be held Tuesday at 2pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
