John A. Titcombe, 72, a retired Detroit Police Officer passed away on November 6, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born in Detroit, Michigan and lived there until a few years ago when he moved to Las Vegas. He loved hunting, fishing and playing poker, highlighted by him playing in the 2007 World Series of Poker Event. He loved and was loved by his wife Donna, whom he married almost 30 years ago; his 2 daughters Kimberly (Frederick) Clark and Rochelle Walters; grandchildren John Gary, Krystal, Raven, Frederick (Jill), Adam (Brittney), Amanda and Ashlyn; and 4.5 great-grandchildren. John A. Titcombe, 72, a retired Detroit Police Officer passed away on November 6, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born in Detroit, Michigan and lived there until a few years ago when he moved to Las Vegas. He loved hunting, fishing and playing poker, highlighted by him playing in the 2007 World Series of Poker Event. He loved and was loved by his wife Donna, whom he married almost 30 years ago; his 2 daughters Kimberly (Frederick) Clark and Rochelle Walters; grandchildren John Gary, Krystal, Raven, Frederick (Jill), Adam (Brittney), Amanda and Ashlyn; and 4.5 great-grandchildren. John was one of eight children born to Harry and Leona Titcombe; he is survived by brothers Harry and Bill as well as sisters Mary Kay Richard and Elizabeth (Betty) Fruge; he was predeceased by his parents, brothers Jim and Paul and sister Martha Ann Lochbiler. A Memorial Service will be held at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City, NV 89005 on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Eastern Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
