Jon was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Scott Jones; and her sister, Margaret Magill. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband, Leslie "Skip" Montgomery, Ph.D; her son, John Montgomery and his wife, Maureen; and their children, Emily, Sophie and Evan, all of Colts Neck, N.J.; her daughter, Margaret Elliott and son-in-love, Billy; and their children, Grayson, Georgia, William and John, all of Camp Lejeune, N.C. Jon worked for many years as a licensed professional counselor and she touched many lives through her practice. She was very proud to have served on the Board of the American Mental Health Counselors Association. She was a long-term member of Salisbury Presbyterian Church and was blessed with many wonderful opportunities throughout her life including meeting Mother Theresa and Elisabeth Kubler-Ross. She loved to garden and spend time at Trices Lake, but her true love was her children and grandchildren. Her remains rest at the Huguenot Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road, where the family will receive friends from 2 to
