Joseph A. Sciambra Jr. was born on November 11, 1924 to Joseph Sciambra and Rosalie “Lily” Schiro.



Brother of Anthony J. Sciambra and Rosalie Sciambra Spinato. Uncle of Joseph Sciambra, Cheryl Sciambra and Mary Ann Spinato.





Joseph was a combat veteran of WWII. He served in France with the 79th infantry division as a Medic.





Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Funeral Services on Monday, September 19 at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home in New Orleans at 11:00 am. A visitation will be held at 9:00 am until service time. Inturment will be held at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum following the service.
