Joseph "Joe" Bertrus Miller
Funeral Services for Joseph "Joe" Bertrus Miller, age 81 will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 2, 2015 in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Masonic Rites at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Warrior, AL, with Rev. Kevin Wilburn officiating.

Joseph passed away Friday, March 27, 2015 at Trinity Medical Center. He was born on May 30, 1933 in Warrior to the late Oren Miller & Myrtle Bradford Miller. Joe was a longtime member at Cullman First Baptist Church; a Army Korean War Veteran. He also served as a volunteer for hospice; a past Master of Cullman Lodge # 421, Vinemont Lodge # 562 and was the current Worshipful Master of the Trimble Lodge # 117. Mr. Miller is probably best known as a driver for the CARTS buses.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Fay Jackson Miller; a daughter, Beckie Miller & 4 siblings.
Survivors include one Son – Ric (Denise) Miller of Roswell, Ga; 2 – Grandchildren – Joe Miller & Jazlyn Miller of Roswell, Ga; Special Niece – Brenda (Dennis) Roberts; and a Special Friend – Yvonne Sharpton.
The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
