I knew you back in the early 90's at SCSU, i was 2 years older. You guys were nice enough to include me in your crew. Chad, Mario and of coarse you. Joe had a great sense of humor, border line crazy. We lost touch over the years, i guess life got in the way. After seeing recent pictures of you, i knew you ere doing ok. You were blessed with a beautiful family, wife kids. Pictures don't always tell a full story, but yours did. I saw happiness and pride, always knew you were passionate about life and what you believed in. RIP old friend, i will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers. Thanks for being my friend during that time in my life, it meant a lot.

I will miss Joe sorely. We met when he came to SCSU where we quickly became friends. We took roadtrips to Atlanta, Nashville, and various other locations. We later became roommates and our bond strenghtened. We played video games(Madden, NBA live, Motal Kombat, and many more) which I was never very good at. We also enjoyed playing pick-up basketball, football and of course hit the gym which was one of Joes favorite things to do. We also shared a love for dogs and golf. Joes undouted passion for life always shined through in his pranks, hearty laugh, and contagious smile. Even though our lives went seperate directions later on, he was never not in the forefront of my heart and mind. Id keep tabs on him via close friends, social media and the occasional call. My heart goes out to the entire family but especially his Father Chief Jenkins and little brother Brian which Ive spent much time with while we were in school. RIP Joe-Joe

I remember the first time meeting Joseph in 2004. He had traveled to Boston to upgrade our system. It was during the 2004 ALCS Red Sox v. Yankees and we all know how that ended. What a good sport he was to accept all of the pictures that were hung up in the conference room of the Red Sox celebrating their victory. From then on, he was a very good friend. He was a true New Yorker. RIP Joseph. You will truly missed by all those who knew you.

God Bless Joseph, his family, friends and loved ones. I've had the pleasure of knowing Joseph since 2005. Joseph was the kindest, warmest man and always a delight to interface with. I was always envious of his muscles and we openly joked about that. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad time, Rest in peace Joseph I will miss you,
