Joseph Danial Harrison -– a native of Bessemer, AL and longtime resident of Mobile, AL died Wednesday, November 14, 2012 in a local hospital. He was a member of Wilson Avenue Baptist Church and was active with the Chickasaw Senior Citizens Club. Mr. Harrison was a member of the H.E. Blackwell #899 Masonic Lodge and a retired U.S. Navy veteran who served in WWII, Vietnam and the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Harrison. Survivors include four children, Ronald (Debra) Harrison, Alice Ann (Frank) Cornelson, Mary Jo (Dudley) Saucier, and Virginia (Freddy) Bennett; six grandchildren, Jesseca, Richard, Daniel, Todd,...

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 19, 2012, at 12 p.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
