Sarver, Josephine (Jo), age 77, of Fountain City, was called home to be with her Lord on Sunday, September 9, 2012. She had attended Cornerstone Baptist Church. Survivors include daughters, Louise Watkins and husband Steve, Teresa Strong and husband Paul; grandchildren, Lindsey Thompson and husband Doug, Brittney Sturgill and husband Matt, Matthew Strong and wife Chrystal; great-grandchildren, Christian and Alexis Thompson, Kaylee and Hunter Sturgill; sisters, Louise Rich, and Loretta Taylor; brother, Bill Bays; several nieces and nephews and beloved friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 pm Wednesday with the funeral service to follow at 7 pm in the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with nephew Rev. Chris Taylor officiating. Family and friends will meet at Greenwood Cemetery for an 11 am interment on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Susan G.
