Joyce was my best friend all the time we were in Lancaster Academy. We have kept in touch all these years. Emails, phone calls and attending our class reunions in Lancaster. Such a wonderful and caring friend. I miss her already.

Joyce Alexander was a great person, a loyal co-worker to all! A caring, compassionate well educated nurse. One of the few true "Real "Nurses" the State Hospital ever had!
