Juanita was a shaker and mover in the 70's before people used that slang. When she would get a new training device mission all the TASC Chief's would be immediately help her reach her goal, the reason is because she would listen to us and help us anytime we needed her no matter what. If needed MILES she would find it, Ft. Irwin, was the first big test of MILES and she was there. Now she can rest in Heaven. Former TASC Chief/VI Manager, Retired.

We were saddened when we heard of Juanita's passing. She was such a fun lady to be with when we came to Virginia. It is not easy losing someone you love, but she can still remain in your heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with the whole Breckons family.

My heart is so saddadend that I will not have another opportunity on this earch to talk to Juanita. I listen to her vooicemail and and can see her sweet face. Juanita was my aunt by marraige but more that that she was one of my greatest frineds in life.
She was there for me when I needed love and a friend. I have know her since around 1964. I will miss her so much even though we could not get together very often because of distance we called a lot. I will miss that. To my uncle Everett, I know you
are devastaded. I know she would not have left you if she had a choice. When God calls us home we have to go. But her sweet spirit will always be with you. After your grief has lessened you will feel her with you. And know for a surety that she is waiting for you when it is your time.
I wish I could have been there but know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. Love Judy Mason

Juanita had an Army-wide reputation for excellence. She set high standards for herself and for those of us fortunate enough to work for her. She led us all in our daily work to accomplish the mission. Along with being a great boss, she was an outstanding lady. She truly cared about our individual welfares. To Everett and the family, I can say only how truly sorry I am that she is no longer physically with us. She will be missed. I, for one, am a better person for having known her.

My condolences to the family. I fondly remember Juanita and the Lee Hall "gang" from high school and the Tau Lambda Phi HS Sorority. I would run into her through the years. Always happy to see her and she had a lovely warm smile for you. Pat (Fish) Thornton, Yorktown, VA

I offer you my condolences on your loss. Juanita reached out across oceans to provide expert assistance and support for those of us involved in soldier training. Know that her legacy lives on in the team she trained and the people who've worked with her and her team. The world is a poorer place without Juanita and heaven is richer.

How this life so uncertain. Only a few weeks ago Juanita was playing in the Bell Choir at LCC with us making heavenly sounds of Christian worship. She always complimented the flute and I received much encouragement from her. We will be together again to make more music in God's time.

Sadly, the U.S. Army Training Support Center (ATSC) has lost another "Charter Member." Ms. Juanita Davis was working for the Army Training Board when this command was first established in 1976 and joined ATSC as a charter member. She was a pioneer in the Army's Training Device community. In a male dominated field, Ms. Davis was recognized as the Army's expert on Fielded Devices and served the Army and Soldiers for many years. She paved the way for those of us who followed her in this business! She was well respected for her vast knowledge and true professionalism. She was instrumental in establishing the programs that continue to provide critical training support to our Soldiers Armywide. My condolences to her family, "girlfriends," and many other friends.

I had a pleasure of knowing Juanita when she worked at ATSC, she was such a nice person and was good to her co workers. When my mom pass in 2000, I heard this knock on the door and there was Juanita and Mo standing at the door with food and I did not even work for Juanita, but that was the type of person she was and I never forgotten that. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless Phyllis
