Julia Darlene (VonNida) Pare went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday June 7, 2014 at CarolinaEast Medical Center. For the first time in over 10 years she woke up without the dread and pain of her breast cancer, no more drugs, no more scans, no more pokes and prods and no more pain. She lost the battle with the dreaded scourge but won the war as now she in glory for eternity with her Savior and with her beautiful daughter Rebecca Anne. Julia Darlene (VonNida) Pare went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday June 7, 2014 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

For the first time in over 10 years she woke up without the dread and pain of her breast cancer, no more drugs, no more scans, no more pokes and prods and no more pain. She lost the battle with the dreaded scourge but won the war as now she in glory for eternity with her Savior and with her beautiful daughter Rebecca Anne. She fought the good fight, finished the race and has been told "well done my good and faithful servant".

Julia is survived by the Love of her life Darrell Pare, daughter Courtney Ward and her husband Jonathan Ward and the most precious Grand-daughter in the world Abigail Elise Ward in St. Charles, Missouri and the best son God could give someone, Patrick Pare at home. She is also survived by her sisters Christye Jefferson and her husband Marty of Summerville, SC and Alice Warlick and husband Doug of Pensacola, FL, Brothers Mark VonNida and Christopher VonNida of Granite City, IL. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Monday June 9, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Cotten Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Tuesday June 10, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Temple Baptist Church.
