Mrs. June L. Martin Bourgeois, age 80, faithful in life has passed to the Loving arms of our Lord on Thursday, November 22, 2012. For 58 years the loving wife of the late Charles "Charlie" Bourgeois. Mrs. Bourgeois was a lifelong member in the St. Catherine of Sienna Church and community, most active in the "Closer Walk" Ministry. She was sister of Lois Martin Bowden, Warren Martin and the late Owen Martin. Mrs. Bourgeois is survived by her adoring daughters, Diane B. Charlet and Deborah B. Fricke and faithful son Charles "CJ" Bourgeois, Daughter-in-law Angelia Bourgeois and Sons-in-law Jeffrey Charlet and Robert Fricke. On her passing Mrs. Bourgeois had 9 loving grandchildren Dana, Courtney, Alicia, Michael, Brett, Kevin, Paige, Tyler and Taylar, and 7 great grandchildren, Devin, Randy, Jayce, J'ahn, Landon, Ashton and Angelle. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp Chapel, 1600 N. Causeway on Friday, December 7, 2012 at 11:00 am with visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Immediately followed by Inurnment in Garden of Memories Cemetery on Airline Drive in Metairie, La.
