Juraci Matias Juraci "Mae" "Judy" Matias, passed away on March 7, 2014 10 weeks after her beloved Ricardo "Ricky" Matias. Ricky and Judy were married 73 years. They were married in Portugal on June 20, 1940. Juraci was born on September 19, 1922 to Antonio and Maria Albano. Juraci is survived by her daughters Maria (Harold) McCarthy and Rosa (Steve) Morrow; grandchildren; Judy (Jim) Cummings, Christine (Jason) Moore, Harold "Mac" (Robert Stgenis) McCarthy, Laura (Jeff Sullivan) Bennis and Kelly (Bill Bibaud) Nelson great-grandchildren; Danielle, James, Aryana, Anthony James "AJ", Jordan, Christopher and Davin and...

Juraci "Mae" "Judy" Matias, passed away on March 7, 2014 10 weeks after her beloved Ricardo "Ricky" Matias. Ricky and Judy were married 73 years. They were married in Portugal on June 20, 1940.

Juraci was born on September 19, 1922 to Antonio and Maria Albano.

Juraci is survived by her daughters Maria (Harold) McCarthy and Rosa (Steve) Morrow; grandchildren; Judy (Jim) Cummings, Christine (Jason) Moore, Harold "Mac" (Robert Stgenis) McCarthy, Laura (Jeff Sullivan) Bennis and Kelly (Bill Bibaud) Nelson great-grandchildren; Danielle, James, Aryana, Anthony James "AJ", Jordan, Christopher and Davin and great-great (twins) grandchildren Avery and Ryleigh born December 29, 2013.

Judy enjoyed her sweet treats. Everyone in the family has a story to tell about her love of cakes, doughnuts, cookies and Hershey Kisses.

The family would like to thank those at Jurupa Community Care and Rehabilitation Center who have provided love and support to Juraci and our family these past 5 years. Especially Faustina.

Graveside service will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, 3520 East Washington Street, Colton CA 92324 on Thursday, March 13 at 1:30 PM. A reception with her favorite sweet treats will immediately follow.
