I was so shocked when I saw Karens name in the paper. I havent seen her for a long time but I remember alot of great times with her at Glenwood. I was totally unaware that she was sick. I pray that in the coming days that God will be with you all. I did not know her husband but knew her dad well as he and my dad were good friends. i am sure Mr Ralph was waiting for her as well as her husband and others. This is so hard to believe and I wish I could have made the funeral, I am sure that Beverly was there by her side during all of this. I know Karen will be missed. As we have our forty year class reunion this summer , we will find some way to honor those who are no longer with us. It seems just like yesterday that we were young and naive students and teenagers and it was 1973 I do not know her children but I am sure if they had their mommas sweet personality and non judgemental ways that they are special people. My heart goes out to all of you today and in the days ahead.

Dear Turner Family, my heart goes out to you. I knew your mother many years ago in junior high and high school. She was a wonderful friend. I enjoyed seeing her in recent years when we ran into each other at the grocery store. We had wonderful memories of doing things together as kids. She made my life special. You all and "Miss Helen" will be in my prayers. Lori Baker White

Hallie, Billy, Candy, and other family members, I was so shocked to hear about Karen's passing. I only knew her briefly but long enough to know that she was a very sweet and giving person. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. Sherrie Rayburn
