Condolences to the family on the loss of a great man. I worked with Karl in the Detective Division at the Pinellas County Sheriffs Office for several years. My desk was next to Karl's and he never ceased to amaze me. Karl would speak to the suspect (Bad Guy) on the telephone and get them to confess and meet him at the jail to turn themselves in. Karl had an amazing fatherly way about him and I know his family was very proud of him. Rest in Peace my friend.
