Katy, what a lady! Always so dignified. Loved her family, always interested in what we were doing. Took the time to visit with us, shared her recipe for cabbage salad, which I loved and could never duplicate. We will miss you, we love you and are forever grateful to have had you in our life.

I remember Katy and her wonderful mother Ursula as well as her son Red and daughter Virginia. Her husband Humphrey was such a great guy. A lot of people will remember her.
