Kelsi Renee Youngerman, 15, of Davenport, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013. A funeral mass will be held Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 9:30 am at Our Lady of Victory Church in Davenport, cremation rites will follow. Visitation will be Friday from 5-7:30 pm at The Runge Mortuary with a prayer service to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the . Kelsi was born March 13, 1998 in Peoria, IL; the daughter of Tom and Karen (Kelsch) Youngerman. She was currently a student at Assumption High School where she participated in the KKD (Knights Kompany Dancers). Dancing was Kelsi's passion having started at the age of three. She previously had participated in basketball and track and was a talented artist especially in drawing and painting. She was kind-hearted, loved animals and always had a constant smile; a great joy to everyone's lives. Kelsi was quick-witted, goofy at times, free-spirited and a very unique individual.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving parents, Tom and Karen; brother, Jordan; sister, Katelyn, both of Davenport; grandparents: George and Cherlene Kelsch, Bismarck, ND and George and Joan Youngerman, Cando, ND; great grandmother, Dorothy Deplazes, Cando, ND; aunts and uncles: Jon (Sara) Kelsch; Trish (Stuart) Duke; Amy (Erik) Bachmeier; Krys (Keith) Scott; Glenn (Jennifer) Youngerman and Paula Youngerman; and cousins: Lexi, Leah, Bryson, Jessica, Angie, Becca, Kolby, Addison, Cami, Chase, Jessika, Mackenzie, Maggie, Jacob, Raquelle and Cade.
