KENNETH P. FRISCH, 86, passed away on Feb. 13 with wife and family by his side. Beloved by many, Ken's love of life included boating, golf, skiing, and lively gatherings with family and friends. Born in Cincinnati, to Joseph and Hilda (nee Klinkicht), Ken served in the US Navy during WWII, and worked in the shoe industry until he retired at age 80. Ken was the proud owner of the Marsal Scientific Shoe Fitters in Cleveland and traveled OH, PA, and parts of Canada for the Drew Shoes Co. Recipient of the President's Volunteer Service Award for his work with Westlake Kiwanis and many charitable organizations. Loving husband to Donna M. (nee Zingelman) and the late Peggy Anne (nee Kimble). Brother to Robert and Jerome (deceased). Dearly loved father of Susan Reitenbach (Peter), Bryan (Katherine), Greg (Lisa), Allison (Peter Milli). Grandfather to Ethan and Logan Frisch. Uncle, great uncle, and friend to many. Memorial contributions to Westlake Kiwanis and the American Cancer Society . We first knew Ken as a shoe sales rep but he quickly became a family friend. He was always so upbeat and we always looked forward to his trips to Buffalo.
