Kenneth H. "Krash" Grubbs. August 29, 1964 – March 21, 2012. He was born in Des Plaines, IL. and moved to Charlotte, NC in his twenties. He is survived by three sisters: Diane Byars, Gretchen Lange, and Monica Schaetzke; five nephews, three nieces, and one great-nephew; as well as his extended family: Lez "his rock", General Patton, Mike V., and all of his other "Brothers and Sisters". There will be a Memorials held Saturday evening March 31, 2012 at the Philosopher's Stone in Charlotte, NC and The Gallery Cabaret in Chicago, IL.

I worked with Krash on-stage in Chicago and Charlotte. He was the type of stage manager that let you keep your mind on your tasks because he left an artist with no technical worries. More than that he was a very special person.
