May your soul rest in peace.... I also lost a friend on monday, the same age as you, it was the biggest shock ever... He had worked for God all his life.... I am so sad... even though i know he with God, i still didn't want him to go... we shall see again soon.

The news of Kevin's passing came five weeks late. It came as shocking news to me yesterday after I returned from a long vacation. I was totally stunned with disbelief. Before receiving this sad news, I was thinking to give him a friendly reminder regarding the invitation which I scheduled him on Sept 28, 2012 in delivering a health talk on Cervical Spondylosis in the Friday Mandarin program which I coordinate at CCM Centre. Kevin had been unceasingly serving the community with his warm heart through delivering health talks. I had been inviting him for the past 4 years in Health Fairs and Mandarin programs at our community service centre. His passion and love for the community were most admirable. He never turned down in any of the talks I invited him. He was well liked by our service recipients and all of his health talks were well received with deep appreciation and unanimous applause. My heart is heavy and it would be so sad for me to break this shocking news on Sept 28, 2012 to the participants who loved and adored him dearly over the years. I last talked to him was in mid July when he visited me at CCM Centre. He came because I couldn't get hold of him over the phone regarding the talk invitation and he didn't want me to get worried. He was such a kind and sincere Professional and it was heartfelt! I am sad of the loss of a very kind friend cum community service partner on earth. But I know we will see Kevin again in Heaven one day. His spirit lives deep in the hearts of many; people from all walks of life who love and miss him dearly. Though this entry came late, my praying heart is with Kevin's wife, parents and family.

We are in complete shock. Only met Kevin twice ... In July my husband and I had some chiropractic work done by him. He was a charming, caring, professional young man. Deeply saddened at such a sudden and far too early passing. Unbelievable. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. They must be absolutely devasted. Our most sincere condolences.

??, I am back just as you wanted me to, but a few days too late. Losing you is beyond words. Your early departure caught me completely off guard, because never had I imagined that I'd be writing a eulogy for my best friend, at least not at this stage of our lives. There are so still many things that we've talked about doing together all the time, but need not worry my brother! Be at peace in the other world, and let me fulfill those dreams for us and I will tell you all about it when I see you just like old times.

Who will take care of my knee the next time I mess it up? I will sincerely miss you. Rest in peace my friend, don't have too much fun without me, we'll see eachother again soon

It is easy to express love, to vocalize suffering through struggle, or romanticize growth with worldly values. But nothing on this earth prepared anyone for his sudden departure. Instead of reminiscing how and why he passed, I choose to commemorate his short but extraordinary journey by remembering how he lived. Kevin Huang was an enterprising mind, a world-class athlete, better yet, he was a kind individual whose warmth touched the hearts of many. There will not be a single day that I shall go by without thinking of you. Rest easy my brother.

Dear Yellow,

My family and I would like to thank you for taking a good care of my dear brother during his toughest time. Especially my mom, she regretted deeply for not being able to thank you in person when you dropped Denny off at the train station. I told she shouldn't be worried as you are an angel now and have the power to know everything and read our minds.

I would like to thank you for bringing me and Debbie together again. She's my first friend in Vancouver and I'd like to keep her by my side for the many more years to come if it's okay with you. May you bless her from above the strength to move on and the same joy and happiness when you were around.

You are a great role model for each of us for your passion and enthusiasm for life. You will be forever missed and a personal idol for me to remind myself to look at things in its bright sides like you always do and live my life to the fullest.

I wish you the very best to your next journey. Please keep us in mind if you are ever peeking from above.

I met Kevin many years ago and he was a genuine nice guy who would always say 'Hi' when we ran into each other. His sudden and unexpected passing reminds us all of the fragility of life and to truly cherish each moment and all of our loved ones.

I was a classmate of Dr. Kevin Huang at NYCC. I will always remember his wonderful smile, upbeat attitude, and calmness. He had a great touch and was a great listener to his patients. A tragedy that he has left us so soon, but so grateful to have met him along the way. My deepest condolences to his wife, family and friends.

The world has lost a great healer and a great brother. I-Kai had that greatness that was contagious and was instantly passed on to anyone he came in contact with. We will never forget. Watch over us until we meet again.

To lil Yellow: It is said that you should become a person who everyone weeps for when you pass away because you were the only one crying while people around you celebrated your arrival to the world. You certainly have become that and more in being a great individual that touched all our hearts. We will miss you dearly.

Kevin was one of the world's truly and genuinely nice guys. I am glad to have known him, and express my deepest condolences to his family. The world was a better place because he was in it, and I pray I will remember his example as I try to become a better person myself. He was a shining example for all of us as to what it meant to care for others.
