Kevin, I will miss having my little brother around to give a hard time. We have been through some good and bad times together (mostly good). From Colorado to Oklahoma to California, we were always moving. Now your time has come to move one last time where there will be no pain only smiles. Say hi to all the family there and keep a watch over the rest of us here. You will be missed, brother. Your loving sister.

Sorry that Sensei Kevin was so close and we did not connect. Fondly recall bokendo workouts in Calistoga at clinics with his sensei Bob McKean hosted by my sensei Prof Gene Edwards.

To Sensei,
My father, my teacher, my friend. I cannot ever put in words how much you have taught me and how much I will always owe you. You will always be loved, thought of and talked about in stories to come.
I know you will always be watching and I will always work hard to make you proud.
I will love you always,
Your baby girl,

Sensei Edwards, thank you so much for pouring in my my life as a kid (mid 90's). I look back now and see how it's helped me grow as a person during that time. You were a great guy to take the time to work with me and teach me Tae Kwon Do and instill some discipline into me.

Sensei,
I am glad that you are no longer suffering and that you have now returned to the universe. Your life force will be born again and chances are that we will cross paths again in the future.
You will be greatly missed by your dojo sons and daughters. You had a heart of gold and those of us closest to you will be eternally grateful for your kindness and love. I will miss the times when you would tell me about your many adventures in the military and the martial arts. I will never forget the times we spent together just talking and hanging out watching the old kung fooie hooie movies at your house.
I greatly appreciate the time you took to share your knowledge of the martial arts of Danzan Ryu Jujitsu, Judo, Tae Kwon Do and Bokendo, as well as your vast knowledge of the healing arts and allowing me to use you as a "victim" to improve my massage technique.I will always cherish the private lessons I received when students did not show up to the class. Sometimes it hurt, but the pain was definitely worth it.
Love Always,
Sempai
