Lala Wavelene Haynes Adams, 79, of Liberty passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at The Hospice and Palliative Care Center of Alamance Caswell.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23 at 2 p.m. at The Loflin Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
She was the daughter of the late Henry and Pearly Haynes and was also preceded in death by husband, Clyde Adams; son, Larry Adams and brother, Laydon Haynes.
Surviving is her daughter, Pamela Adams Daniel and husband, Mike of Liberty; son, Royce Adams of Greensboro; sister, Jane Stratton and husband, Wayne; brother, Edward Haynes and wife, Audrey; grandson, Dylan Adams and sister-in-law, Vetral Sineath.
At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Alamance Caswell, 918 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.

Pam, I am so sorry to hear about your mother. I didn't know she was sick as I would have come to see her. Since we all retired its hard to keep up with everyone.Me and your mom go back a long ways.Call me sometime as I didn't even know where you all lived.I would love hearing about her since we retired.
