Larry W. Betz, 64, of Fort Wayne, died on Feb. 24, 2011 at home. He was a Vietnam Army veteran and he was a electrician at B.F. Goodrich for over 46 years. He is survived by a son, David A. Betz of Northville, MI.; mother, Kathryn Betz of Auburn, Ind. and brother, Marlin (Karen) Betz of Plymouth, Ind. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dianna, who died in 1981 and his father, Marion Betz. Service is at 1 p.m. Mon., Feb. 28, 2011 at Hockemeyer Funeral Home, 17629 S.R. 37, Harlan, Ind., with calling 2 hours prior to the service. Burial in Scipio Cemetery. Memorials to donor's choice. To Larry Betz family, I have many fond memories of working with Larry at B F Goodrich. He liked his work and the people he worked with. After working with the same people, you become like family.
