Larry Dale Lefevre left this earth March 21, 2013, in Cherry Valley, California. He was born April 17, 1933, to Winford and Lilly Lefevre, in Hawthorne, California. Larry was the youngest of eight children and the only son. Larry graduated in 1951 from Leuzinger High School, Inglewood, California, where he met his late wife, Patricia Ann Moon, whom he married February 14, 1953. They had three daughters, Susan, Julie and Lorrie. In 1966, they moved from their first home to Torrence, California, where Larry worked as a soil tester for the Donald R. Warren Engineering Firm until 1966 when he had an opportunity to go into business for...
Larry Dale Lefevre left this earth March 21, 2013, in Cherry Valley, California. He was born April 17, 1933, to Winford and Lilly Lefevre, in Hawthorne, California. Larry was the youngest of eight children and the only son.

Larry graduated in 1951 from Leuzinger High School, Inglewood, California, where he met his late wife, Patricia Ann Moon, whom he married February 14, 1953. They had three daughters, Susan, Julie and Lorrie. In 1966, they moved from their first home to Torrence, California, where Larry worked as a soil tester for the Donald R. Warren Engineering Firm until 1966 when he had an opportunity to go into business for himself, owning and operating Econo Sewer Service in Palm Desert, California. He and his wife Pat retired in 1984 to enjoy their grandchildren and summers at their property on the McKinsey River in Blue River, Oregon. Patricia lost her life in 1994. Larry then moved to Highland Springs Village in Cherry Valley, California where he joined the H.S.V. Men's Golf Club and earned four Hole in One golf trophies. He enjoyed working with his buddies at H.S.V. and liked R.V.ing with their R.V. Club. On March 6, 2004, Larry married Charlotte Geraldine (Gerri) Lewis at their church, Beaumont Presbyterian on Euclid Ave, Beaumont, California. They loved traveling in their R.V. with friends and liked entertaining many guests at the Blue River property. Larry was a Past Member of the Palm Desert Lions Club and a Member of B.P.O.E. Lodge #1839, Beaumont, California.

Larry is survived by his wife, Gerri; daughters, Susan Lefevre, Julie Toti and Lorrie Dunham; sister, June Wickham; grandchildren, Lawrence Johnson, Brent Johnson, Jason Johnson, Whitney Dunham Shaw, Jessica Dunham and Marisa Toti; step-daughters, Chyrel Young, Christy Guzman and Cheri Garewal; six step-grandchildren and eight step-great grandchildren.

A leaf has fallen from the Lefevre Family Tree, just as a new one is to be born. Grayson Ryder Shaw, son to be of Mr. and Mrs. David Shaw.

Memorial service Thursday, March 28, 2013, at 3:00pm, at Weaver Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont, California. Final resting place for Larry will be Blue River, Oregon.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made in Larry's name to the B.P.O.E Lodge #1839, Beaumont, California or Fire Station #22 of the C.D.F.

Arrangements were entrusted to Weaver Mortuary, Beaumont, Califonria.
