Leah Nadine Altizer (nee Roberts) July 20, 1975 - February 9, 2012 Leah, along with her husband, Matt; son Jonathan; daughter Emily and sister-in-law, Heather, passed away tragically on February 9, 2012. Leah is survived by her father and mother, Ben and Lil; brothers, Brian, Keith (Shereen), Richard (Rachel); sister, Teresa; nephews, Ben, Sean, Devon, Braedan, Duncan, Kyroe and Tristan; nieces, Kelsey, Kayla, Linnea, and Keianna; grandparents Harold and Mercy; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends, Brandy and Lisa. Leah Nadine Altizer (nee Roberts) July 20, 1975 - February 9, 2012 Leah, along with her husband, Matt; son Jonathan; daughter Emily and sister-in-law, Heather, passed away tragically on February 9, 2012. Leah is survived by her father and mother, Ben and Lil; brothers, Brian, Keith (Shereen), Richard (Rachel); sister, Teresa; nephews, Ben, Sean, Devon, Braedan, Duncan, Kyroe and Tristan; nieces, Kelsey, Kayla, Linnea, and Keianna; grandparents Harold and Mercy; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends, Brandy and Lisa. Leah was a gentle soul whose greatest passion was her family. She was known to be a dedicated, loving mother, wife, daughter and sister. She will always be remembered for her infectious laugh and the way she was always there if you needed her. She and her family were also well-loved members of the local congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. A memorial service will be held for Leah and her family on Sunday, February 19th at 7:00 pm at the Prince George Civic Centre (808 Civic Plaza). Donations in Leah's memory can be made to the BC Children's Hospital Foundation.
