Loving father of James (Christina), Kathleen Doher (Theodore) and Cynthia Lear (Alfred Jr.) He was a proud, cherished and much loved "Papou" of six grandchildren; A.J., Emily, Leann, James, Alexander, Daniel and Great-Grandfather of Emma.

He will be remembered as a wonderful, fun-loving man and a great friend to many. Some of his passions included singing, dancing and for many years, running, which he began in the mid-1960's. He was a proud member of the Motor City Striders.
