Marvin R. "Len" Lenard passed away August 26, 2014. He was born December 23, 1949 in Kilgore, TX to Lelton Lenard and Bobby Burkalow. He grew up in the Arlington area, and graduated from Arlington High School. Len then received his Associates degree from Tarrant County Junior College, and his Bachelors from Dallas Baptist University. He served his country in the US Navy and the US Marine Corps from 1968-1969 during the Vietnam War. He received a Bronze Star and Purple Heart for his services. Len worked 10 years for EPA in Dallas. Most recently he worked for FDIC in Dallas. He was also a registered Environmental Assessor and Certified...

In 1983 he married Rhonda Hudson, and they spent 31 years in love. He loved to golf and was proud of his hole in one at Tangleridge. Len is preceded in death by his father Lelton Lenard; mother Bobby Fojtik and her husband John and his beloved dog Lexi. He is survived by his wife Rhonda Lenard, her daughter Jill Luder and her husband Joey; grandchildren Hannah Luder and Paysen Luder; nephew SSgt Mike Longest and family; brothers David Kerr and Richard Kerr.
