After attending Fowler area schools, he graduated from Selma Union High School and University of California, Davis with a degree in Viticulture. Leo married the love of his life, Mary Ann Conrad, in 1954. Together they shared 55 years of memories, five children, ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Leo farmed grapes and almonds in Selma until his retirement in 1989, when he moved to the Rolling Hills area of Madera, Ca. Leo was an avid fisherman, outdoorsman, car collector/restorer and owner of Selma Auto Sales. He always had a warm smile and story to share.

Leo was preceded in death by his son, Stephen Aloysius; his parents Al and Clara; and sister Virginia Kiehl.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Mary Ann; children, Michelle and George Gregurich, Cindy and Jerry Clark, Megan and Daniel Sweeney and Jeff and Margie Bendoski. Leo treasured and spent many hours with his grandchildren Jon and Suzanna Gregurich, Matt Gregurich, Steven and Natasha Clark, Alissa, Nicholas and Darci Sweeney, and Seth, Grace and Luke Bendoski. Leo was very excited about his first great-grandchild, Johanna Gregurich.
