The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice and especially Cathy Bonney, Shawn Smith, Nicole Pride and Sam Wiggins, for their loving care. Lee will be remembered for his service in business and in leadership of St. John's Mercy Hospital in Washington, MO and St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, MO.
