.Leonard 'Len' Adams
Funeral services for Leonard "Len" Adams, 69, of Cullman will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22, 2011, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Abbott Cletus Meagher O.S.B. and Rev. Patrick Egan O.S.B. officiating, with burial in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Adams died Thursday, Aug. 18, at his residence. He was born Aug. 10, 1942, to Joseph P. and Esteen Jones. He was the owner of City Glass Company. Len was an avid sports fan, he enjoyed golf, Alabama football, billiards and spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph P. and Esteen Jones; his father, Leonard Adams; and a son, Lenny.
Survivors include his wife, Sheila Hale Adams; two sons, J.J. (Dana) Adams and Shad Adams; two daughters, Beth Adams and Brandie (Ben) Janssen; two sisters, Hazel Eason and JoAnn Jetton; and 10 grandchildren, Savannah, Cabri, Elijah, Shadrick, Makayla, Raven, Toby, Piper, Jane and Sandra.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with rosary at 7:30 p.m.
