Pete , We so enjoyed your company on our trips to Homosassa. Will always remember you commandeering our boat on our river adventure. And I will never forget your caring and concern when my Joe was not feeling well . Joe so enjoyed your friendship. I was always impressed the way you cared so much for Virgie. I would say she was a lucky lady to have you by her side. It is always difficult to say Goodbye to a truly caring person. The neighborhood for sure will not be the same, you will be sadly missed by all. Love to ya ... Linda

My sympathy extends to Pete and his family, and the neighborhood he so dearly loved. I always felt accepted as his neighbor though I live 8 hours away. A great person has left us for higher challenges, and I'm sure that suits Pete just fine! I know his neighborhood will look after Vergie as they do all of those in need.

Pete was like a brother to us. Now Gary will have to ride without Pete on his motorcycle. His sweet Irish spirit will always be with us. I always admired him for the care he gave Virgie. He was truly a gentleman!

I flew ultralights with Pete in California, and eventually followed him to Florida for more of the same. I will always fondly remember all the good times we had. Now Pete can fly with the angels!

There is a huge hole in our hearts and our neighborhood where Pete has been for years as a bigger than life friend! His feet will be missed under our table, his political banter has been sadly silenced. The memories of Pete participating in all our holiday and birthday celebrations will last!

Sharon, What a handsome man your Dad was...and what an interesting life he had! May he rest in peace now and may your aching heart be comforted by memories of happy times spent with him. He was blessed to have such a wonderful, caring daughter by his side when he needed you the most.
Love, Deb
