Hokenson, Leroy H, 86 of Pittsford, NY passed away peacefully in Clearwater, Florida surrounded by his family on May 15th, 2013. Born in Evanston, Ill., attended University of Illinois, a WWII veteran in the Army Air Corps; serving in the Philippines. He was a loyal volunteer member of Bushnell's Basin Fire Dept. for 40 years, member of the Rochester MG Car Club and self employed as a Manufacturers Rep in the HVAC Industry. Husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather; Leroy will be greatly missed by loving wife of 63 years Harriette, daughters Karen and Susan, sons Tom (Bonnie), John (Wendy), grandchildren Natalie (Jon Antal) Julia, Richard (who share's grandpa's birthday) Lindsey, Brandon and great grandson Reid Antal, also nieces and nephews from Illinois and many special friends. A celebration of his life will be 7 pm June 27th at the Bushnell's Basin Fire Dept. Donations in Leroy's memory may be made to BBFD, 661 Kreag Rd. Pittsford, NY 14534. www.mossfeasterclearwater.com

Hi, Dad....it's me Susan. I missed you today of course, but I really missed you Sunday ....Father's Day. All I wanted was to be able to pick up the phone and talk to you since I couldn't be there in person......I can only close my eyes and pretend a conversation....which I have done many times...... lately they always ended with "I love you dad" and you always responded, "I love you too Susan, more than you know." You are missed each and every day. I love you dad.....yup, I heard it........
