Mrs. Linda Gail Fowler Davis, age 68, of McDonough, GA passed away January 2, 2017. Linda was born in Ashburn, GA the daughter of the late Argia Leona Branch Fowler and Alton Griggs Fowler. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Darryl Lawrence Davis and a son, Darryl Heath Davis, and siblings, Mildred Powell, Ellis Fowler, Carson Fowler and Joe Fowler.
Linda enjoyed spending time with family and friends, her grandchildren, singing, cutting grass, fishing and camping. She was a member of Snapping Shoals United Methodist Church.
Survivors are her daughter, Shannon Hollingsworth (Johnny Moss) of McDonough; grandchildren, Erika Hollingsworth (Eric Rosser), Jake Hollingsworth (Marybeth), Naomi Davis, JohnDaniel Moss and Gabby Moss of Zebulon; siblings, Montez Giles of Jackson, and Garvin Fowler (Lynn) of Sylvester; and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service for Linda will be held on Sunday, January 8, 2017 – 3:00 PM in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home with Chaplain Don Daily officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. For those who wish in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for medical expenses.
