Uncle Lloyd--what a fine man. We were all blessed to have known him, to hear his stories of diving off the top of his warship in WWII, to catching rattle snakes barehanded. All our prayers and best wishes go out to Juanita and the entire family.

Dear Juanita and Ronnie, it is my privilege to have known this wonderful and honorable man, and all of you as well. The conversations we had in and and away from the office will be with me as long as life permits. And yes, we are still the beneficiaries of his generosity in stating our herd of Barbados sheep. we are reminded of Lloyd when we look over the herd he started.
I SEND MY LOVE,
Jack Self

My uncle Lloyd was one of the kindest and sweetest people ever to spend time on this earth. We will all miss him so much, but it's no wonder that God took him back, because He missed Lloyd too.

I have such fond memories of my Great Uncle Lloyd. Even back to when I was just 5 years old, he made an impression on me. Such a nice person. He is the model of a life well-lived. Love him and Juanita so much. 73 years together. Love to the whole family.

What a great American! Served his country in the Navy in WWII, and came home to work for 3 generations of the
Wendland/Salmon family as shop foreman,
a position he held with loyalty and dignity for 33 years.
Amazingly, he helped raise four generations who benefitted from his
guidance and direction.
I know all the generations he left behind will greatly miss him, and my sincere condolences go out to his family

My Uncle Lloyd was one of the most kind and gentle men I've ever known. I never heard a harsh word come from him or his bride of 73 years. God left him here on His earth for a long time, and now he has joined his parents and siblings in Heaven. I love you, Aunt Juanita, Ronny, Laurette and Elaine.
