Dear Mom,
It doesn't get any easier, in fact, harder because there are so many things you have missed that I wished you could have shared with us. I think about you every day, and that part is easy as I look in the mirror and see you! You would be so proud of your grand children, and great grands, they are all remarkable people! I am amazed at dad, he has some struggles but thankfully Vic is there to help at those difficult times. Our lives are forever changed, but our love stays the same for you. Until we see you again~

It is hard to believe you've been gone for 2 years tomorrow~ We miss you so much and not a day goes by that I don't think about you! It has been hard without you. You certainly would be proud how everyone is doing but miss sharing all this with you. Our hearts broken, and our lives will never be the same because you are gone. I love you mom! Starr

Hello mom, miss you like crazy. I am so proud of Kat I wish you were here to see how she has matured. She is warm, sweet, sensitive and loving and I know you would be proud. Today Kat and I came across the Robert Frost poem book you introduced me to. The memories of laying in bed with you reading to me flowed. Thank you for giving the love of poetry to Kathryn, I know she got that from you. Thank you for all the memories I have of you it is what keeps me smiling when I feel like crying. You were a light in everyone's eyes and I love you.

It has been almost a year and I think about you everyday. There have been so many things happen in the past year and I want so badly to share them with you..especially the times when I have needed your guidance. Mom, I have dreamt about you only to wake up and realize you were not here on earth but it reassures me you are watching over us. One day we will be together but until then thank you for the wonderful memories. All my love, Vicki Lyn
