Peacefully, in the comfort of her family, on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at the age of 79 years. Beloved wife of the late Patrick Allan Mahon. Loving mother of Carol Martineau and Norma Mahon. Beloved grandmother of Michael (Andrea), Tanya (Wehbe), Louisa (Rob) and Dana (Jermaine) and great- grandmother of Nikki, Cal, Dawn, Emma, Jenna, Carlos, Guidion, Carm, Luca and Dante. Survived by her twin brother Mervin, Egar and Leona. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Friday, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service on Saturday at 10 am in the Chapel. Interment Lombardy, Ontario. In lieu of flowers in memoriam donations to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
