Lorraine F. Borski, age 89, of Menasha, passed away on December 12, 2013, at her residence with her loving husband by her side. Lorraine Frances was born on August 24, 1924 in Appleton. She was united in marriage to Edward Charles Borski on August 11, 1988 at St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Menasha. Lorraine was very strict in her belief in God and Christian living. She loved the Lord, Jesus Christ. Lorraine was a member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church. She loved her home and loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a true lady.
Lorraine will be missed by her husband of 25 years, Edward; her children: William R. (Terrie) Weber Jr., Cheryl Huff, Donna (Jeff) Wilcox; a step-son, Mark E. (special friend, Kathy Anderson) Borski; 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; a brother, Fred (Carol) Weber Jr.; sisters: Ruth Porter and Bernice Weinfurter, special niece, Audrey Jansen; sister-in-law, Ruth Young; Edward's extended family and her other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother Marie (Piette) Weber and her step-father, Fred Weber Sr.; first husband, William R. Weber Sr.; her second husband, Chester Kropidlowski; a son-in-law, Zane R. Huff Jr.; brother, Gilbert Young; sister, Doris (Clarence) Bishop; and a brother-in-law, John Weinfurter.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December 16, 2013, at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 473 Seventh Street in Menasha, with Rev. David Skarsten officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 am until the time of the service at the church. Interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery in Oshkosh. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
