Our memories of our Mom, Grandmother, Great Grandmother are: Faith, Kindness, Gentleness and her nervous giggle.

She enjoyed being with her family most of all. Hearing children laugh and play, holding them on her ample lap always made her smile. She loved her quiet time for contemplating, receiving and writing letters.

She was the definition of "Mother" and we are all better people because of her.

Her biggest hopes and dreams were for her family's happiness and someday being in Heaven with God and her loved ones.

Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, April 24th, 2014. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am both at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, 1010 Columbia St. NE, Salem. Reception will follow. Lorraine is in the care of Howell Edwards Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Directors.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers a donation to St.Vincent De Paul Church be considered.
